Tonight we welcome the full moon in virgo and the first eclipse of 2025. Virgo is linked to the Hermit card in the tarot deck, which is also the card of the year. A beautiful invitation to pause, go inwards, meditate, contemplate. Take a walk, visit a tree and leave an offering honouring earth energy.
Virgo is also linked to details, perfectionism. In that spirit, I am posting this imperfect offering of sound medicine that I filmed in the forests of Costa Rica this winter while on dieta. May it inspire you to share something of your own creativity.
